The Venture takes decades of family and fleet use, and body condition on surviving donors varies widely. Front bumpers and sliding-door mechanisms are the single fastest-moving body items — 25+ years of taxi-rank parking and family use punishes both. Side bumpers and trim strips are often scarce as they were commonly damaged and discarded rather than replaced.

Sliding-door roller and track assemblies are a specific high-demand item — these mechanisms wear fast on 15-seater minibus donors where the door is operated hundreds of times per day. Complete used sliding doors run R2,400-R5,500; individual roller sets R350-R800; track sections R450-R1,000. Front bumpers trade R800-R1,800 used OEM from CPT-dismantled donors. Windscreens are harder — original donor windscreens are usually chipped or cracked, and aftermarket replacement is R1,800-R3,500 fitted. Side bumpers and rocker trim sections come up less often; phone ahead for specific sections and we will check current donor stock.
