The JHB depot carries new aftermarket pads and discs for fleet operators who need consistent, predictable replacement intervals; the CPT depot strips used OEM calipers, drums and master cylinders from donor minibuses.

Front brake pads on a hard-working 14-seater Ses'fikile typically last 40,000-60,000 km — less than half a passenger car's interval. We supply heavy-duty pad compounds (ceramic and semi-metallic) specifically rated for taxi duty, and keep bulk stock for operators running multi-vehicle fleets. Rear drum shoes on the Quantum are a regular order at 80,000-120,000 km intervals. Master cylinders fail less often but are critical when they do — always replace the booster at the same time if there is any sign of vacuum leak or spongy pedal.
