Sliding-door complete assemblies are R2,400-R5,500; individual rollers and track sections R280-R750. Windshields for the H100 minibus are R650-R1,400 used OEM or R1,200-R2,400 new aftermarket. Grilles R380-R850 used OEM. Panel work usually needs repaint even on "good" used donors — budget a colour-match spray at any body shop for an extra R1,500-R3,500 per panel.

Individual roller sets R280-R750; track sections R380-R850. Worn rollers are the most common reason a sliding door sticks — budget fresh grease and alignment at installation.

Can I get a windshield for an H100 Hi-Ace?

Yes. Used OEM windshields from CPT donors at R650-R1,400 (minibus/panel van sizes differ slightly). New aftermarket glass R1,200-R2,400 from the JHB depot. We courier glass carefully packaged but recommend collection where practical — breakage in transit is rare but not zero. Budget fresh moulding rubber and primer at installation; do not reuse old rubber.
