Diesel fuel injection on the Dyna ranges from the mechanical inline pumps of the 14B and early 15B through to the rotary pumps on later 1HZ 7-series trucks. How much are 14B Dyna injectors?

Reconditioned 14B injectors with flow-test certificates trade R1,200-R2,500 each, and we strongly recommend replacing all four as a matched set. New OEM-equivalent injectors are available from the JHB depot at R2,400-R4,500 each. Budget for new copper washers, fuel-line olives, and a fresh fuel filter at the same job — mis-matched or ageing sealing hardware is the single most common post-rebuild complaint.

Do you stock injection pumps for the 15B Dyna?

Yes. Used 15B inline injection pumps are available from CPT-dismantled 6-105 and 6-145 donors, typically R6,500-R12,000 bench-tested with a calibration certificate. New OEM replacements run R18,000-R35,000 and are usually only economical on a full engine rebuild. Always time the pump correctly at installation — a timing error of even a few degrees ruins fuel economy and power delivery.

Can I get a used Dyna fuel tank?

Yes. Steel fuel tanks for the 4-series, 6-series and 7-series Dyna are regularly in stock from CPT-dismantled donors, R1,200-R3,500 depending on series and condition. We pressure-test every tank before sale and flag any with pinhole corrosion or internal rust. Straps, filler necks and tank-breather hoses are sold separately but usually available from the same donor.
