Used 14B exhaust manifolds trade R1,200-R2,200 from CPT-dismantled donors, pressure-tested for cracks before dispatch. 15B manifolds run R1,600-R2,800 — the turbo 15B-FTE variant is separate and scarcer. We recommend new manifold gaskets, studs and copper nuts at installation — reusing old hardware is the single most common cause of post-rebuild blowing.

Do you stock full Dyna exhaust systems?

Down-pipes, intermediate pipes and mufflers are available new aftermarket from the JHB depot, but for most Dyna customers a local exhaust shop builds the system cheaper using our supplied flanges, clamps and muffler. Full-system pricing through us runs R3,800-R8,500 depending on series and whether you need the turbo-back section for a 15B-FTE. Local fabrication typically comes in at R2,500-R5,500.

Does a 1HZ Dyna have a catalytic converter?

Only the very latest 1HZ 7-series Dyna trucks sold into urban-delivery fleets were fitted with catalytic converters, and even those were simple oxidation cats with no DPF or SCR. Pre-1HZ Dyna generations have no cat at all. If you are replacing an exhaust on a 1HZ Dyna and the cat has been stolen or damaged, aftermarket replacements run R3,500-R6,500 or a non-cat straight pipe is legally allowed on most commercial-truck roadworthy classifications (confirm with your inspector first).
